Introducing Gildas Guest Chef Series featuring some of Australia’s most respected and influential culinary chefs.
Across intimate events from February to July, guest chefs – local, regional, and interstate – will collaborate with Lennox Hastie and the Gildas team to create a collaboration menu that celebrates both chef’s approach to food and commitment to produce, while grounded in the Basque pintxo taverna ethos of seasonal produce, simplicity and generosity.
