Lennox has been part of the Ironclad family since 2024, brought together by a shared belief that the objects we cook with should be made with integrity, purpose and permanence. When Kate and Levi invited Lennox to create a piece together, he wasn’t interested in designing just another pan. Lennox wanted to create something that embraced the traditions and the longevity of cast iron, while offering new possibilities for the way we cook today.
Handmade from pure cast iron and finished entirely by hand, every element has been designed with purpose. The lid becomes a skillet. The trivet transforms into a smoker. The bale handle allows it to be lifted directly from the fire. Together they form a remarkably versatile cooking vessel, equally at home buried beneath coals, suspended over flames, or used on any modern cooktop, including induction.
It is built to bake bread with a crackling crust, roast vegetables in embers, smoke fish, slow-cook meat, sear the perfect steak, or gently steam delicate ingredients. Above all, it is built to encourage cooking with creativity, curiosity and joy.
