Lennox Hastie has a challenge for you.
Pitch us your pintxo idea, creating your own interpretation of the mighty Gilda, with just three simple ingredients.
We’ll celebrate the most delicious and innovative idea by putting it on the menu, and invite the winner to dine at Gildas to enjoy their three-ingredient masterpiece, with three friends, in true Basque fashion: surrounded by great company, and exceptional Sherry.

By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to receive marketing communications from Gildas.
Prize includes:
– Their pintxo creation made available for a limited time as a menu special at the restaurant’s discretion, based on seasonality and availability.
– Winner and three friends to dine at Gildas to enjoy the winning pintxo creation and Gildas signature pintxos with and a glass of Sherry (or non-alcoholic beverage) each .
The date and time of the winner’s dining experience at Gildas is subject to restaurant availability. Excludes Special Event Days.
The winner is responsible for all other costs associated with redemption of the dining element of the prize, such as additional food and beverage purchases.
