An intimate and elegant space, Gildas is the ideal setting for all kinds of celebrations - from birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, milestones, product launches, and Christmas parties. Gildas can play host to seated events for 30 guests, or cocktail affairs with up to 60 people.

The Lennox Hastie experience
For a truly special event, allow Lennox to guide you and your guests on a tour of Basque Country.
Lennox will welcome your guests to Gildas, introduce the menu, and talk them through his experience and inspiration from his time spent in the Basque region. Take a seat and watch the show as Lennox, alongside Gildas Head Chef Josh and his, craft your dishes from the Gildas open kitchen
Firedoor Events
Looking for a larger space? Host a celebration at our sister restaurant Firedoor and thrill your guests with the theatre of open-flame cooking. Firedoor is available for exclusive events for up to 45 guests seated, or 80 standing.
