The Basque tradition of the pintxos taverna is a space where locals come together as a community to snack on small plates, tell stories, and enjoy a drink. The Gildas menu is a changing exploration of incredible Spanish and Australian produce. Our menu can be enjoyed as a quick bite to eat with a sherry, or a full meal experience.
For Friday lunch, we offer a choice of a two-course ‘Express Lunch’ menu, or a lunch version of our à la carte menu.
For group bookings of six guests or more, we offer our ‘Basque menu’ – a set share menu for the table.
