Gildas x The Glendronach

Gildas is teaming up with The Glendronach Single Malt Scotch Distillery, one of the world’s most exceptional, richly-sherried Single Malts, to offer a limited- time pintxo and whisky pairing menu.

Launching in celebration of International Sherry Week, experience a trio of pintxos crafted by Gildas’ Head Chef, Zach Elliott-Crenn, created to perfectly pair with The Glendronach Scotch single malt 12-, 15-, and 18- year-old whiskies.

As an ode to the Spanish sherry casks the heritage spirit is aged in, each pairing is designed to highlight the rich heritage of Basque cuisine, Spanish sherry, and Glendronach’s award-winning whisky.

Available individually, or together as part of a tasting flight featuring all three pintxo and single malts, with special festive “Ronnie” spritz cocktail also on the menu.

The Glendronach 12-Year-Old
Pintxo pairing: Anchovy, puff pastry, piquillo pepper glazed with The Glendronach 12-Year-Old.

The Glendronach 15-Year-Old
Pintxo pairing: Scallop, morcilla, apple poached caramel made with The Glendronach 15-Year-Old.

The Glendronach 18-Year-Old
Pintxo pairing: Jamón croqueta, dressed with Jamón glazed in The Glendronach 18-Year-Old.

The Ronnie Cocktail
The Glendronach 12-Year-Old, Campari, grapefruit, cava.

Tocino de Cielo Dessert Special
Served with golden raisins, and caramel infused with The Glendronach 18-Year-Old.

The trio tasting flight includes the three pintxos and 20ml pours of the 12-, 15-, and 18-year-old whiskies for $78.
